Guided Mindfulness Meditations with Greg & Crystal
This month’s resource offers two guided mindfulness meditations, led by Greg and Crystal, created as gentle pauses you can return to throughout the month.
Each meditation is intentionally short and designed to be used interchangeably, depending on what you need in the moment. Whether you are transitioning between moments, grounding yourself before the day begins, or finding a pause in the middle of it, these meditations invite you to slow your breath, soften your body, and come back to yourself.
You’re invited to choose the voice or length that best meets you where you are:
> 5-minute meditation with Greg — Grounding & Clarity.
A simple, steady reset to centre the mind and body.
> 6-minute meditation with Crystal — Softening & Presence.
A slightly longer pause to deepen awareness and calm.
There is no right or wrong way to move through these sessions. You may listen seated, walking, or lying down — and return to either practice as often as you need.
How to Practice:
1. Settle into a comfortable position
2. Eliminate distractions (silence your phone)
3. Follow Greg's or Crystal's guidance
4. After: Sit in stillness for 1-2 minutes
5. Optional: Journal one observation
