A Mid-Year Workshop

Let Go, Let Come, Let Be — a journalling workshop for high-achievers.

THE PREMISE

We are halfway through the year.

For most high-achievers, that fact triggers a quiet internal audit. A mental tally of everything that was supposed to happen by now and hasn't, sitting alongside everything that did happen but looked nothing like the plan.

We are very good at setting intentions at the start of a year. We are far less practiced at honestly revisiting them in the middle of one. This workshop creates the time and space to do exactly that. To look clearly at where you actually are, rather than where you thought you'd be. And to figure out what you want to do with the second half.

WHAT THIS IS

Let Go, Let Come, Let Be is a guided journaling experience
moving through three distinct chapters, each one asking something different of you.
Together they create the kind of honest internal review that most of us know we need
and rarely make time for.

It is quieter than most workshops. And for high-performers used to action and output,
considerably more challenging.

THE THREE CHAPTERS

By the middle of the year, most of us are carrying more than we realise. Goals we set in January may longer fit the person we are now. Dynamics in our work or relationships may have quietly shifted. Versions of ourselves we've grown past (Identities, standards, ways of operating) that we haven't consciously updated. We don't always notice the weight of these things until we stop and look at them directly and begin making some deliberate choices about what you actually want to keep carrying into the second half of the year.

LET GO

Once you've cleared some of that weight, the second chapter turns toward what might be waiting for you. What are the opportunities, relationships, and possibilities you may have been too busy or too guarded to properly notice.

This isn't about adding more goals to your list. It's a more honest kind of inquiry: what has been trying to get your attention that you haven't had the headspace to receive?

LET COME

This is the chapter most high-achievers find hardest, and probably the most valuable.

Some things in life don't need a strategy right now. Some questions don't need an immediate answer. Some uncomfortable feelings don't need to be managed, optimised, or resolved on a timeline. The ability to sit with something unfinished or uncertain without immediately reaching for a solution, is a genuinely rare skill, and one that that helps us live life in a more meaningful, calm and balanced way.

LET BE

This workshop is for you if you are a high-achiever who is better at starting things than releasing them. If you have been moving fast and haven't stopped to check whether you're still heading somewhere that actually matters to you.  If you have the I Am Well Journal and want to use it more intentionally, or if you've never journaled before and want to start in a structured, supported environment.
